Training is about improved performance. At Elemental Training, getting the most out of each training session is the ultimate goal. Through carefully planned and executed workouts, we eliminate wasted training time, while increasing your athletic performance.
Training is about overload and rest. Training is about making specific adaptations to improve performance. We want to achieve the most improvement in performance with the least amount of work. Dedicated athletes can’t afford wasted training time.
I work with clients in two distinct ways. Primarily, I work as a coach for athletes all across the country, designing training plans, assessing fitness, and helping them to find the best road to improvement. Additionally, we have a training center here in Lander, Wyoming, where we test athletes, work on specific training plans, and always push to the next level.

IWT TWO
WARM UP: 7-10 min medium-paced running or cycling.
Cycle 1: DUMBBELL THRUSTERS:
10-12 reps to failure.
Then immediately 3 min max effort on Stepmill.
Rest 2 min then repeat 2 more times.
Cycle 2: DEADLIFT:
10-12 reps to failure.
Then immediately 3 min max effort on Rower.
