| All of the Elemental training plans are individually tailored to the athlete’s needs. Each plan begins with a detailed questionnaire and a phone interview. The plans themselves are designed to focus on eliminating weaknesses and helping the athlete move closer to his long term goals. Ultimately we want to reduce wasted training effort to nothing and make all the training quality training. Through attention, communication, and hard work you can reach new performance levels.
The Basic Package
The Basic Package is designed for the experienced athlete looking for a little additional guidance in training. This coaching plan begins with an initial assessment of the athlete’s abilities and a discussion of goals. We then design a season training plan with these goals in mind. Each month, we discuss the training progress and design the next month’s plan. As communication is limited and self-motivation is a real necessity, this package is not for everyone.

The Premier Package
This package is the best choice for most athletes. It includes all the benefits of the Basic Package, but provides for more detailed attention to the athlete’s progress. In the Premiere Plan, the coach and athlete communicate weekly via email to plan each week’s training. Additionally, up to 30 minutes of phone time are planned to make sure all aspects of the training remain clear. If necessary, specific resistance, stretching, and nutrition plans can be arranged during each phase of the season.
Training plans will be updated and modified weekly. In addition, as goals are met and new ones set, we will make changes to the season plan.

The Custom Coaching Package
The Custom Coaching Package is for athletes whose needs are greater than those provided in the Premiere Package. Although the package includes all the benefits of the previous plan, it is more focused on communication between athlete and coach. Additionally, the coach takes a more active role in the day-to-day planning of exercises and training sessions. The plan includes up to three hours of phone time, plus unlimited email communication. This plan also includes detailed nutrition suggestions, resistance programs, and training analysis. If necessary, it may include visits to the Elemental Training Center for testing and specific one-on-one training.
The training plan is updated on a weekly basis, but can be modified several times a week, as necessary. We work carefully on goal-setting and assessment of fitness with each phase of your training. This is the most carefully crafted coaching plan available.
This package is most appropriate for athletes whose life-schedule changes often, the very advanced athlete, or for those who have been stuck at the same level of performance for more than one year.
