ABOUT ELEMENTAL TRAINING CENTER
The Elemental Training Center is designed around the needs of the athlete. We are dedicated to complete conditioning: balanced strength, nutrition, flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning. This means working on integration of muscle groups, rather than isolation of specific muscles. This means spending time working on economy of movement, increasing blood flow efficiency, and making sure each athlete builds a strong foundation to reach his goals.

Our philosophy is based on fundamental rules of movement. Take all the noise out of fitness, and we see that not much has changed in the past few thousand years. We are in the business of making the body better at the demands of life, not just making it bigger.

Our training is based on moving the body through space, not on moving machines. Moving weights is a part of our training, but these tools are just part of the whole plan. We combine bodyweight exercises, Free Motion fitness equipment, medicine balls, and several pieces of cardiovascular equipment in our programs.

Bodyweight Exercises: This type of exercise has been found to promote the greatest functional strength gains of any exercise without promoting excess bulk. We try to implement bodyweight

Free Weights: We use dumbbells and barbells from TKO Strength. These are the finest free-weights available – rubber encased, accurate weights with comfortable handles. Our dumbbells range from 5-100 pounds.

Free Motion Equipment: The strength training equipment in our gym is designed to allow for unlimited motion as you exercise. This equipment allows people of all shapes to achieve full range-of-motion in their exercises, and prevents muscle imbalances by requiring independent movement from each limb.

Cardiovascular Fitness Equipment: We select our cardiovascular equipment from the best manufacturers in the industry.
